Current Favorites
Sarah Shinners, co-creative director of Without Studios, is currently shopping for pieces for her daughter’s room. She’s eyeing the Puffy bench from HK Living and the Rowena Pillow with its oversized ruffle.
She’s also looking at the Glade Moss Washable Wool Rug from Double Studio for her daughter’s room, as well as outdoor tables like the Sail Table from Design By Them.
Jana Isaza-Smith, director of Studio Isaza, is hunting for more art and lighting. She loves the work of artist Charlotte Ghaie, particularly her Dancefloor piece.

Isaza-Smith is also obsessed with the Volker Haag Anton lamp in blue and the Ingo Maurer Floatation Suspension Lamp, which she thinks is iconic and feels like a piece of art.
Jessica Bettenay, director of BY R.A, is working on whole-house decorating projects and is looking for pieces for the entire home. She recommends Hali for rugs and has selected the Etta Sofa by Jardan for a seaside residence.
Bettenay encourages clients to set a healthy lighting budget and loves the Rein Drape Pendant from Articolo, a brand she’s long admired for its craftsmanship.

Unique Finds
Ryan McGregor, director of Fieldroom, is drawn to sculptural pieces and objects that feel like they could have washed up on the shoreline. He loves the de Sede DS-1025 Terrazza Sofa from DOMO and the Open Span Lampshade by Georgina Davies.
McGregor is also a huge scent person and has a soft spot for the Scallop Incense Holder by Corey Ashford, which reminds him of growing up and was part of his wedding day.
Ruby Shields, principal and founder of Studio Shields, has returned to her childhood obsession with fairies, folklore, and whimsical things. She’s eyeing a Lilach Mileikowski piece and loves diversity in design, mixing vintage and new pieces.
Craftsmanship and Character
Mardi Doherty, director of Studio Doherty, is always shopping for pieces with a strong sense of craftsmanship and character. She’s drawn to sculptural lighting and furniture with beautiful, unexpected forms.
Doherty loves the A_N_D Pace Pendant and the Overtone Speaker by Thomas Guida, which has a delicious form and excellent sound quality. These unique pieces can act as artworks within an interior.
